To log in to the store, click on the user login icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Enter your login and password and confirm your choices.

You can also log in using your Facebook or Google account

You choose the login and password for your account during the registration process. The default login is the user's email address. If you forgot your password please use the password reset process after which you will receive confirmation email.

Status of the order

The order fulfillment process will begin immediately after we receive your payment. We will inform you about each stage of your order by e-mail.
You will receive an automated email from us for each of the following steps:
- Confirmation of the order
- Confirmation of payment (in the case of a traditional bank transfer, it may take longer)
- Information about completing your order and forwarding it to the courier company
- Confirmation of the number of the bill of lading sent by the courier company that will deliver your package.
- Confirmation of delivery of the parcel
- Order cancellation (at the customer's request or in the event of a lack of payment)
If you notice any problem with the execution of your order or the lack of confirmation of any of the stages by e-mail (more than 24 hours from the moment of placing the order), please contact our customer service department.

Order cancelation

Yes. This is only possible if the order has not yet been handed over to the courier. The refund will be made to your bank account or credit card within 14 business days.

In the event of a lack of payment after placing the order, it will be automatically canceled within 3 business days.

Delivery

After the payment is recorded in our system, the shipment is carried out within 48 hours.

Estimated delivery time and shipping cost vary depending on the country from which the order was placed.

Pickup in person is not possible.

Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. In case of loss of the withdrawal form attached to the package, download it HERE. Please complete it and send the signed original back with the returned products.

Warranty

The standard warranty period for each device is 24 months (from the date of receipt of the item). During this time, you can report faults as part of the free service. Remember that acquired defects resulting from improper use of the equipment are not covered by the free service.
